Interesting idea, one had by a few; sadly it does not appear to have caught fire. Perhaps it would be a good idea to have your plan outlined for those who saw your advert on ICR?
Where you intend to acquire land or currently have land?
What skills you are looking for currently?
How many are currently involved & where?
Etc (contracts, membership, ... basics)
I'm book marking your site just in case.
BTW Much older lady, cook from scratch, ex-farmer (grew up on a farm) - holistic, spiritual (i.e., not a christian, or any other specific religious bent) Gun owner (CC permit.) teacher, intentional community enthusiast.

Andrew - there are several ways to acquire land - one being using the federal government's grant programs...there are several that can be "modified" (via applicant) to secure land for preppers, and grants don't need to be repayed  . Same for skills, under grant programs one can "teach" skills, securing grants for education (of preppers.) One doesn't *identify* self in application as a prepper of course, we just use the government as they use us LOL Hopefully, we can get the group going with these new posts, Andrew, I still haven't seen admin answer but I have hope |
